May my amusement not seace.
Mar. 4th, 2002 05:42 pmI ahve a feeling I spelled cease wrong, heh. anyway. I got a Bonzai tree. Well, the seeds for a Bonzai tree. Currently preparing them to be planted, it said they needed to soak in water for 24 hours. woo. Tree.
Anyway, got two things done off of my list. Went to the couseling office, got the papers, and took the next test for the ASSETs. I only missed three (two I'd guessed on because I was running low on time, heh). So, yeah. I COULD take the next test, but, well, I'd rather just take College Algebra and be done with it rather than taking trig of precal or calc itself, which I might be able to qualify for, but, well, when it comes to math I'd rather not take something that high. I'm actually avoiding it.
So, for tomorrow I need to go back up to the MCC at RM and change my scheduel so I take the College Algebra course instead of the Intermediate algebra course I'm currently signed up for. So, yes, I think I'll be done with math after fall! If not I'll just take my second and FINAL math course in the spring. Yay.
I'm going to drive myself nuts in english. We have an advertisement project and we have to do up a magazine-type ad and I wadger I'll probably end up being the one drawing it. One of the people in my three-person group is totally disconnected and hasn't been much help, she sits adjacent to me in class, currently I've stuck her with coming up with the name of the product and the slogan, but I'll be thinking about it constantly myself. The other person, the guy, is somewhat foul-mouthed, but a better help than the girl who just sits and gazes into eternity. Now the question is: "Would YOU buy a combination DVD, CD and MP3 player with a built-in screen and speakers that can store up to 300 minutes of MP3 music on it? Note: the dimentions are 10" X 7.5" with a 1.5" (or was it 2?) height."
So, yeah. More math, one assignment down, two to go *groan.* Plus the demon essay *mumble.*
