Appy will eat gerbil food. I was filling up Vinerm's bowl and she started pawing at the washer. "I don't think you'll want this," but I shrugged and gave her one of the various nutts within the blend. She ate it! She'll also eat grapes, goofy yap-mutt *pats the mutt.*

I need to eat something . . .

Let's see, it took about 12 HOURS for Tye's computer to defrag *twitch.* I shudder to think how long my mac will take! I'll have to do it Friday.

Mom's letting me stay home to devour my essay. I already have up to page four properly digested (this being double-spaced and all that) and proceede to finish off page four and then continue to bite off and ingest pieces until this accursed thing is completed. Once it's done I'll probably go about the actual re-modling of my writing section for it has been neglected. Granted, this doesn't mean I'm going online, because DW doesn't require one to be connected to the web! I love loop-holes!

for the demonic fowl seems to be taking its revenge. I'm attempting to find information concerning the varying metabolic rate of young turkeys because I remember SPECIFICALLY a special on turkeys I saw on discovery a year or more ago and it said something to the tune of young turkeys being unable to regulate their metabolism, thus making them cold-blooded, but that changes once they're adults and are fully hot-blooded in nature.

Does anyone have ANY CLUE where in the world I can find something on turkey metabolism? Accursed Discovery.com didn't help any *shakes fist upon it.* And I'd rather not sit around waiting for a special to come on that probably played this weekend already and won't be around for another year!

CURSE YOU FOWL!

Computer started making peculiar noises, so I shut it off, opened it up, and blew off some dust, closed it, turned it back on, and now it's buzzing quietly as usual.

Now if only I could type 600 words over the next 20 minutes . . . it's actually possible considering the rate I type, but I still have to look up a bunch of crudge, like the metabolism of wild turkey young, CURSE YOU FOUL FOWL! *twitch.*

ANyway, leaving for Kwik Ship soon, buah! First official day on the job! Note to self: ask about sallary *silly sod didn't ask about it Saturday.*

*attacks paper with much vigor.*

probably because I'm sitting on it.

600 words to go, just 600 little words and I'll be done according to the sheet, we shall see how far I go. Must finish paper!

I found a slight swelling on the left side of my face just before my ear yesterday. Mom said it might just be an inflamed gland or something and to keep an eye out for it. Today, I believe it's a little larger and now hurts a fair amount more than it did yesterday, so I took it up and just did a quick search for information and see what gland is hurting and maybe why. Nrr, parotid glands apparently, i.e. two glands on either side of the face, around the area that my swelling is that produce saliva. So apparently I have some form of "parotitis." I'm going to take an advil and inform Mom, hurra for self-diagnosis.

*moments later.*
keep an eye on it and take some advil, hehe. Yeah.

Hehehe

I don't call them overdue fines . . . I like to call them invoulentary donations!

I owe the library $7.50 and I'm proud of it! *cough.* Managed to find the library's website, remember my pin, and renew my books today before more donations could be made (darn).

My left jaw-area hurts and it'd making it hard to concentrate, 600 words *twitch.*

WOO!

I'm now officially 100 words over the minimum. I'm going to run over it tomorrow with a red pen and see how well it survives. Then I'm going to take it in on wednesday, have Prof. Dikkers run over it, and then turn it in happily on Friday.

I have all the sources I need and just need to write up my work cited page *rejoices.*

I find it rather sand when I can find obvious gaps in reasoning when the person writing it is supposed to be more knowledgable on a subject than I am.
