yeah . . .
Dec. 11th, 2001 07:31 pmExerciseing must be doing something odd to my brain. Just got back, my gastrocs (calves) are sore and my abs are still burning, my quads and hams seem to be protesting slightly and I'm happy! Yeah, it's a pain . . . but a good one. Now I can eat my homework . . . hehe . . . and be done with that and read part of the Great Gatsby.
Hmm. I've implimented a new morning routine. Wake up at 5.30 (or a little later) do a few cruches, do some push-ups, read about 15 minutes in my scriptures, mornin' prayers, go through the rest of the movements, breakfast, getting dressed, and running out the door. Wonder if I'll keep this up during Christmas break, except push the 5.30 to 6.30 and then fall back on 5.30 once school starts again. Sounds good to me. Since Tarin is getting another ride now for next semester I'll have a smidget more time to eat breakfast. Many a-time it has been nothing more than a roll, or the infamous cup-o-cereal. Hmm, I'd probably eat a larger breakfast if we had some different cereal . . . or oatmeal, I like oatmeal.
Must do my math now.
