OH YES! Tye got his mission call today! He's going to Taiwan! No Japan, but Taiwan! He's just happy he's not speaking Spanish. Though Manderine Chinese won't be the easiest thing to learn and the Kangi shall still haunt him. The vast majority of our ward is rather shocked that he opened it and the WHOLE FAMILY wasn't there to view it. Mom was just lucky to have gone out to get the mail with him. We really thought he'd go off somewhere and open it, but nope, opened it before they even got to the front door and said "Taiwan."

It really hasn't fully registered. He'll be leaving April 10th for the MTC (Missionary Training Centre) and after he learns the language off he goes! Halfway around the world! And it's still not registering! Y'know what, I'm not sure if I'll be closer to him or farther away when I go to Germany, I think farther away.

Note: I don't think we'd have as much a problem with DUI as we do now if people who drank drove sticks. It takes great cordination to drive a stick . . . and . . . well, too many drinks and touching your nose with your eyes closed is a challenge, heh.

Been reading "Worlds of Wonder: How to Write Science Fiction and Fantasy." I want to write. More, more more more.

Marilee got fired. Could have filed three lawsuits against the district manager . . . one being firing her without probable cause. I heard this Tuesday. Today, she's back at Jamba and Rob's the one without a job. Justice is served.
