I'm going to transpher money back into my checking account because, yeah, books were 90.00. I got three of them, geesh. Yeah, word to the wise: Get residency before actually attending a university out of state if you can, it's less expensive that way.
Now to add upon the 90 after I sold them back the english 101 books (they gave me 20.00, don't I feel special, I bought them for 6 0.00) I used that twenty plus four more dollars to pay for half of what I spent at Michaels. While there I got about a one and a half/two year supply of sketchbooks (they were selling one 9X12 with 100 pages for 10.00 with a 5.5X8.5 with 100 pages for free, I got two) which brought the bill up to about 20.00. Then I went off to get my scratchboard which lead me to the manikins, I figured I'd be buying one later eventually since the little mini one doesn't pose properly for my purposes (he needs to do Yoga, he doesn't bend very well) So with the new 12" ultramanikin dude my total came up to 47.00 and some-odd cents. Following this I found my scratchboard for 8.00 and picked that up bringing the total to around 56.00 (give or take not including tax). Much to my suprise the person who rang me up gave me something like a 15 or 20% discount. M'eyes bugged I think, at least mentally if not in reality. I was very grateful and thanked her several times.
So, yeah, all in all I spent about 130.00 today, 90 in books and 40 in supplies. Yay, go me.
Work went fairly well, not as well as yesterday. Had a full box more of Go-Gos than yesterday. Grr, I shake my fist upon Skyline and their freaky Go-Gos. Yeah, had a box and a half when I left even though I left 20 minutes late. Yeah, nothing like making (caluclates) over 800 16 oz drinks in the course of 6 hours, nuuuuuh. And gues what! We get to do it EVERY DAY of EVERY WEEK except for Fridays! wohoo! *Passes out.*
To make it all worse we just lost Matt because he's going on a mission and over the course of this past month we've lost, say, eight people that've been around for a fair amount of time and gained four greenies who're sometimes annoying because of their greenness. Except for Danny, Danny's doing well. Oh, yeah, and Reed who worked for Jamba about two or so years ago (he went to the phillipines on a mission) and will be the assistant manager to replace Matt. Of course, we shall miss the Checkettization of the store, hopefully we can keep the place clean without Matt, heh.
So, yeah, enough of my blabbering, I have some procrastination to do! Yay!
