lantairvleaI may have counted wrong, but I have over 140 words in the Guenitha language. Go me, added at least 5 or 10 tonight while trying to figure a name for my Gerbil. He's cute. A kinda sandy solor with a darker patch on his back. He's a rather energetic rodent and I'm not sure what to name him. My two choises pan out thusly:
Vi'n'er'm (vin-erm), shortened from: vintun ger ma, meaning: Awesome small one
Gi'er'an (geer-an) or G'r'iv'an (gri-van), shortened from Ger tiv ercu Urant, meaning: Small dust fur friend
I tried some others:
Ba'f'n'ai (baf-naa) or Ban'f'n'ai (banf-naa), shortened from ban tha daf ban tairph, meaning: The power and the promise
V'erc (verts), shortened from: tiv ercu, meaning: dust fur
I'rcu (ir-tsu) or f'ercu (fer-tsu), shortened from: fian ercu, meaning: sand fur.
Granted, some of these aren't very good and the meaning of others, particularly the ones I like the most, aren't very stable. Anyone have any suggestions? Feel free to suggest small phrases for me to interpret into Guenitha (I'm determined, he will have a Guenitha name). What can I say? I do strange things.
