Das Letzte Einhorn came today! EEEEEEEEE! *bounces spazzmatically.* I just got done watching it which means, YES! THE DVD WORKED! *More bouncing and squealing.* Good Mac! You let me play Region 2 DVDs! *Pats it.* I think I'll be getting The Lion King when it comes out in German. Glee! Happiness!

Bwah ha ha! This was so worth it! *Latches upon DvD.* Okay, calm, caaaalm *twitch.*

So, anyway, yes, The Last Unicorn, on DVD, English and German. Just got done watching it, much happiness and rejoicing. Even grazed through some of the bonus stuff, man, the German trailer was much better done than the origional American one. Must watch it in German, yes, but not today!

Now I shall work on my demonicly evil home study course which I may have to pay for an extention on, may? I will probably be paying an extention on it. but that's beside the point!

*Bounds about happily The Last Unicorn clutched tightly in her arms.*

The DVD itself was only 16 and some-odd cents. Shipping was 15 though, but you may be able to choose a cheeper shipping option.

I believe the only stipulation is that you can only switch the DVD drivers 4 or five times, but I suppose that's only a problem if you plan on switching back and forth between region 1 and 2 on your machine. I haven't looked into it yet to see if there's a way of bypassing the limit, but knowing me I'm satisfied with leaving it on Region 2 until my computer's dead and buried. I'd wadger that there is a way to beat the system on that mark (there always is!).

Even though the menu is in German it's not too hard to figure out (sprache=languages and the rest is pretty self-explanitory even if you don't know German). Good stuff though!

The page corresponds to amazon.com so it's no problem ordering, all of the account info that you may have at amazon.com is also in amazon.de's files, which I find rather spiffy and convenient.
