lantairvleaI was on some sort of natural high all day, mostly because I felt rather empowered weilding my duct tape sword. During second hour I added Kierr runes on it that say "fear my sword." As it should be.
Not too many people dressed up, only a small population compared to how many did last year and the year before. I was "green" last year. green shirt, pants, and hair. It was amusing, some people guessed I was broccoli and celery and various other green foods. Therefore I was a little bit of all of them, as they all were green.
Russle's costume was rather amusing. He bleached his hair! He was Torg from Sluggy freelance, Amanda was Sasha, Jen was Zoë (granted, she was origionally going to be Oasis), and I think that's about it. Didn't see Nick, but I'd find it rather humerous if he dressed up as Riff. Harr.
I got a lot of stares and comments like "what the F---" and "oh my gosh" and "who are you supposed to be?" It's mazing how many people couldn't pronounce Kri. Really, how hard can it bee to say "Kree?"
So anyway, I got some pictures before I went to school, will take more after I'm back from work. Mr. Graves (art teacher) asked me what happened to my face, hehe, said I did a good job with the make up, yay! Eyeliner+lipliner= effective scars/wounds.
Got the Jwalanth and the wolf done now on Raisty's request, YAY! It took me over an hour to get Jwalanth done, but less than half to do the wolf, that's probably because the wolf is more than half the size of a Shamien. So next is the panther! yay! Quick question for Raist: What color are her wings? White as well? I don't remember if y'told me or not.
Anyway! I must finish chewing on my lunch (half a cookie and a power bar, yeah! I'm healthy!) and put on some shoes for work. They said we could wear our costumes to work, rock on! So I am amused. Too bad I couldn't find anyone else with a sword to battle, curses.
