Things I've probably forgotten to mention
Oct. 27th, 2003 09:44 pmSaturday I saw two American Kestrels at Judy's (both males *drool*), I have to say, I love the Grackles and it's entertaining to see the lovebirds that flit about, but man! The Kestrels are something else to watch!
Friday while we were riding Kash got this big rock stuck in his right fore. The thing was larger than my thumbnail. I need to start bringing a hoofpick. Luckily we were on our way back when it happened and he didn't limp too badly. After I got it out he was perfectly fine. I feel so sorry for him though and slightly irritated at myself.
I am completely obsessed with VHR . . .
demoncougar and I made a community:
vhrobsession, fear the obsession. I'm happy that I've managed to tone myself down greatly though (even if I did go over my perscribed 1 hour on the 'net it's WAY down from what I was yesterday).
Nikki managed to bite me on Saturday, my fault, I was being stupid, had a carrot in my hand and she reached for it and I wasn't paying attention and she grabbed the skin between my thumb and forefinger (AUA!). Luckily she only took off a the first five or so layers of skin. Only bled a little. Still stings a bit.
Yesterday Aunt Linda mistook me for Mom. Oftentimes on the phone people mistake me for Mom. The thing is they usually realize it isn't her after a bit. I didn't even realize she thought I was Mom until she called me
Liz, which made me blink profoundly considering I thought Dad had told her it was me when she handed the phone over. That was rather odd, but interesting. Apparently I sound a whole lot like Mom.
Hmm, need to write paper, need to read, need to feed fish!
