Okay, so inconsiderate drivers on the road are a given. Someone's going to cut you off and maybe toss a bird or two at you, honk their horns when it's inappropriate, and ride on your butt as if their lives depended on it, but THIS takes the cake!

Driving Derek home as class got cancled (hurra) and there's this pair of headlights GLARING at me through my back window. I get rather edgy when I either can't see someone's headlights, or I find myself about eye-level with a set from a truck, and I swear I could feel the hairs rising on the back of my neck. I tap my breaks a couple of times, what does he do? O, he couldn't BACK OFF, he had to get CLOSER! The light we're approaching goes yellow, I knew I couldn't make it so I slowed down, half-tempted to just slam on my breaks, but I knew the guy would have just plowed into me. He was in a big excursion-type SUV. I dragged out my stop a little because he was completely on my bumper and driving me up the wall. I stop just after the crosswalk with my nose in the intersection just after the light turns red, RED. This guy isn't satisfied with waiting until the light goes green, no he PULLS OUT FROM BEHIND ME AND OVER THE YELLOW LINE and then zipps THROUGH the intersection making a LEFT HAND TURN when the light is RED! Derek swore and I said "sod" and "snot" several times in a manner much calmer and collected than I was feeling. The light turned green, I made my turn and zipped after him. Derek said "road rage!" I said "no, I just want to see where he's going." I lost him, curse it all. GWARG! Such a SOD! I can't believe the accursed frudrucker did that! Twidget! An unbelievable sod and piece of stuffing! I half wish he HAD plowed into me as I suspected he woud if I'd've stopped before the crosswalk rather than ontop of it.
