The goats speak
Oct. 28th, 2003 10:34 pmAfter working there for nearly 10 months I had never heard the goats actually make any noise until a few days ago. They sound similar to sheep, but not quite. It's rather cool, I can get Angie (the black pygmy goat) to "converse" with me back and forth. She makes noise, I reply, she looks at me, does it again, I reply, and it goes on until she decides to stop. Much entertainment.
Hmm, got all of the pedigrees done for, technically, all of my horses at VHR. It's a good think I'll only have to do half of the pedigree once the next batch of foals comes, it's rather time-consuming (well, over ten minutes each).
Hmm, need to ride Kash tomorrow. Poor boy's been neglected, but I have good reasons! Cody's been out yesterday and today as he did something to his back so I've kinda had my hands full adding Spirit and Sweety onto what I usually do. Granted, I'm only grooming them and putting them out, but that's still a fair squat of time not to disclude the fact that all of the stalls on my side of the barn are in need of some new bedding which I've hardly had time to get at before classes start and-and-and . . . yeah, no real excuse. He'll still get at least three days though! It is a promise I made to him. At least three days a week of exerscise (he gets the grooming and attention from me every day save Sunday) and the time I spend with him should be around 3 hours a week at least.
GWARG, must kill math *twitch.* I did WAY worse than expected on my last math test. Rediculous. I'd have to bet 100 on the next two tests to get a B in the class. Cursed sod. Things are definately changing this week.
*Reads and sleeps.*
