*Twitch, fall over.*
Dec. 22nd, 2003 09:55 pmOkay, so the trip was great. I must say that first and foremost!
After getting up, polishing up on the packing, and visiting with
gabfury we headed into Salt Lake. Hit the Virgin music store and picked up a few CD's then zipped over to the airport. Got to the gate about a half hour before the plane was going to leave and, WALLA! Fog!
The plane was delayed for over three hours. It was supposed to leave at 2.55, but didn't depart until a quarter 'til SEVEN. *Thud.*
Of course, it wasn't too bad. I had "Through Wolf's Eyes" to read, which is a rather good book (read it!) and plowed through over 200 pages during the wait and actual flight. Touched down in Phoenix about 15 after 8 or somesuch. Then had to wait about a half hour for my luggage.
Came home to find that Lance had switched monitors on me. GARRR! This is HIGHLY annoying since I've CLEARLY stated before that Mom's old monitor does NOT work on my computer.
So now I have my old monitor which still may not work (yeah, you say "it's working now, how could you type?", but I'm reffering to the DVD test which this monitor has failed repetatively back in June when we did all of the monitor hopping before). I'm saving the DVD test until tomorrow considering the time.
*Gnaws on little brother.*
At least my room's mostly clean and I've had a nice, long, warm shower, but . . .yeah. Annoyances.
