Perhaps BMa AnkrihMing was just playing, either way the Stallion ended up Bucking you off, and dragging you around the arena, it managed to break your bridle in the process, costing you 100 cash. Your horse has lost some discipline training."
I love this game *laughs.*
Now on to real life equine adventures.
Glory nearly kicked me. She has this bad habit of trying to crowd me out. So i got the riding crop and thwacked her one when she started pushing her butt in my direction. She kicked out, I gave her another tap on the rump as it would have been very bad if she were to start associating kicking out with the discipline stopping. She glared at me and moved over. Hurra, small triumphs. And she's still going in the trailer like a charm (yay!).
Nikki managed to take a chunck out of her kneecap this morning/last night. I noticed it after I got the blanket off of her, or maybe before, I seem to recall seeing red out of the corner of my eye. Anyway, she has a nice piece (about 2" square) out of her front left "knee" (i.e. wrist). It was bleeding pretty well, so I'm guessing it was rather fresh. I still can't figure how in the world she did it unless she bit herself. I scowered her stall completely and found no trace of hair or blood. I'm quite baffled.
Not much else of note. Both fields are still flooded and there was ice in the buckets, about a quarter inch thick. Judy's poking me about getting Kash a blanket. I think I'll do that once my money is deposited. Yes, I've been guilted into it. I don't think he necessarily NEEDS a blanket being as I severely doubt it'll be getting less than 0 ºF, but, as I've undoubtedly said before, one can never have too much tack and blankets don't cost a whole lot either so, yeah.
*Draws.*
