Okay, I was going to gripe about my having horrendous timing and FedEx being the same and how I've managed to not be there to recieve the package just minutes behind the FedEx guy, but the cabinet guy appeared and is finally giving us back our drawer. Hurra!
After my lesson on Kash I worked one of Kim's mares, Tucky. Kim said the mare was "very forward" moving and I took that to mean that she moved out really good. I didn't realize that it meant that there was no gait between halt and trot. Hrr. By the end of our little work session I managed to get her to walk out nicely twice then scratched, stroked, and praised before sliding off and calling it good.
I picked up my books earlier this week. The price is rather shocking compared to what my Equine Science books were. Four books, all used, cost me over $300, narr. I'm glad all were available used!
I'm sweaty and gross and need to go shower.
