A midget of stuff accomplished

lantairvleaHad a sub in Trig. We've had him a few times before, he's a music major. We just heard the story of his engagement today, with pictures! Anyway, the guy's awesome at telling a tale. Managed to get half of the weekends homework done during the hour, I'll do the rest tomorrow.
Went to Barb's class after school and worked there for about two hours on one of their art projects using wonderful spray paint *cough, choke,* which didn't smell the greatest. It was enjoyable though.
Ah, I need to finish my German packets, I shall do those tomorrow, no problem.
Worked o Greg's commsion today, probably would have done more on it if I hadn't been distracted by the large glowing box called the Television by some. At least I finished the inking, now have the background mostly sketched in, and have the marker base for the main characters done (the two featured characters being Shamien) and had a nice wrestle with the thinking of the color schemes thereof. Note to those who use marker bases: avoid the black marker like the plauge . . . a medium/dark gray is easier to cover if you have it too light or even just a tich too dark . . . but black . . . yeah. Finished a sketch in school. If I didn't fear for it's safety I might have taken the commision with me to work on in odd times during class when I could, but then again I wouldn't want to tote 48 markers in my backpack all over campus.
I have a large pile o' paperwork that was going to be dedicated to today, but it has been shoved to tomorrow, I'll probably set my alarm to 8.30 or something like that, maybe nine, and start work on that until it's done, should only take an hour, then press myself for some demon homework for a couple of hours and spend most of the afternoon finishing/progressing on Greg's commision and possibly eating away and completing the last components in the picture of Sav (the grass being the last thing needing done) as well as taking out a chunk of the work to be done on the picture of Dunst. I do believe I might end up re-sketching my origional idea for my second commision and do a more lively pose rather than the standard stading 3/4 pose . . . those get boring. I don't believe I'll be getting to Lindsay's commision until next week though I don't think it should bother her all that much, sheesh, it's been over a month since I accepted the one from Greg and I actually REALLY started the thing this week. *Shakes a fist at herself.* I'm really trying to break myself of this demon procrastination habit. It's not good. I'm working on it though! Not procrastinating as bad as I used too.
Ah yes! More news! Ordered my tablet today. Got the one for 414 at buy.com, it's a 9X12 and comes with everything listed upon the Wacom website. That being a good thing. It'll be hear in three to ten business days. Mom and I have a deal, whoever gets to it first gets to do as we wish with it. If I snatch the package before she can then I can open it then and there and set it up. But if SHE gets to it before I do then it goes under the tree and I have to wait until the 25th, which might prove to be a small amount of torture for me, being as if she gets to it first I probably won't even know if it'd arrived or not. Wonder when my CDs will get here . . . don't know of Amazon has found them or not, being as I've not been on except for the tablet thing, and that is the only exception.
We start the "Great Gatsby" in English on monday. I might pick up a copy of the book over the weekend. We get extra credit if we do and you never know, it might prove to be a good one. Work from 6.30 until close tomorrow so I'll probably be tired Sunday.
I best be off. My bed it calling my name and I've been typing pretty much for 15 minutes strait. Eyes, ahhh. Contacts eating away at eyes.
